Taja was rescued from auction in October 2017. She was pregnant at the time. On November 17, 2017, she gave birth to Christian. He is currently the youngest donkey at Mea Ola's Place . His birth was live streamed on Mare Stare and was watched by MOP followers all over the world. Here is a video taken right after he was born. 

 

Both Taja ad Christian will be available for adoption in the Fall 2018.
