Intake date 2/16/16. He was a joint auction rescue with HiCaliber. Poor guy came in with whip marks all over his rear end that were down to his skin! Unfortunately, it appeared that Captain had also suffered head trauma at some point in his life. He bagan having seizures  and sadly, we had to help him cross the rainbow bridge shortly after these updated pictures were taken.
